SVH Healthy Living Winter Walking Program

Got Snow? Walk Indoors this Winter!

The SVH Healthy Living Program once again invites you to walk the halls and/or gyms of fifteen participating community buildings throughout the winter months by participating in our Winter Walking Program. Walking indoors while the roads and sidewalks are covered with ice and snow is safer and, if you can walk for 30 minutes each day, you may feel and look better for the warm days to come!
